Lindsey believes ice cream is both an art and a science—a balance of creativity and precision. In both science and cooking, the process of trial and error is essential to finding the perfect formula. Growing up with a love for both the creative and the analytical, she was drawn to biology for its structure and problem-solving and later pursued a STEM career. But it was in the kitchen that she found the most joy—experimenting, iterating, and refining until everything came together just right.
Inspired by the flavors she grew up loving, Lindsey applies that same curiosity and dedication to her ice cream. Every flavor is the result of careful testing and fine-tuning, ensuring each scoop balances high-quality ingredients with the comforting, familiar tastes of Asian American culture.
